I painted mine before flying and I wish I hadn't. I had to do some mods to the cowling and it would have been better to not have had it painted. I had to be really good with the dremel when making the mods to not screw up too much paint. I also had a some chip issues on the spinner and cowlings from taking them on and off so many times.

I would like to hear from anyone regarding the Pros and Cons of
painting before the Test Flying or doing the test flying with the aircraft in
primer.
I have always believed that I would paint before test flying but there
are many arguments as to why you could fly in primer only.
