John, Sounds like your experience is in line with claims made in the ad for the Tempest plugs. Why did you choose fine wire as opposed to the massive plugs? Thanks for your input Art

Art -we have an IO-550N in our ES. At about 425 hours on the engine, we replaced the original massive plugs with the Tempest Fine Wire plugs during our annual. They work as advertised - better starting at all temps and  a little smoother running engine. We will be doing our annual next month and will be able to see if they show any signs of wear.
