Danny,
The air will work its way out over time. It is self-bleeding, but you can
speed up the process by making sure the cylinder is full of fluid before
re-installing it. After assembling the cylinder, put a couple of short
lengths of tubing on the AN fittings. Stick those into a jar full of new
hydraulic fluid. Extend and compress the actuator until all the air bubbles
are gone. It's easy and quick, and when you re-install the cylinder, you are
not introducing much air into the system.
