Danny,

Exercise the gear whilst on jacks and the air will be worked out.  You can help by alternating between an up and down cycle with running the pump with the dump valve opened.

In the interest of saving time (and because I'd rather not go dig through
the material), can any of you tell me if this system is self-bleeding?  My
main gear actuators are both leaking so I have to rebuild them (doing the
nose too while I'm at it).  It seems odd that they would both spring a leak
at the same time.  There may be something else that caused this, although I
don't know what it might be unless they dried out.  Anywho, I can't remember
if this is self-bleeding when I put them back on.  Anybody know of the top
of your head?

Thanks,

Danny
