Your situation prompted some further thoughts and questions:

What are the left/right flap measurements when the indicator is in the
Flap-0 (full-up) condition?

Are you reporting the result of placing your smartlevel or protractor on the
top surface of the flaps or the bottom surface, or are you measuring both
the top and bottom surfaces and reporting the average?

Are the measurements the same from the root to the tip of each flap?
