With all this renewed interest in hinges, I pulled all the Carbinge samples out of storage and made a very interesting discovery.  The .085" hinge pin originally supplied and used for testing all those years ago, no longer fits the hinge.  ID Measurements confirm the change.  It would appear the epoxy has continued to shrink.  I guess that is one more variable to consider.
