I'm at a point where I need to find a hinge that will work for the Fuel
Baggage door. With a small area to place the since it will have to fit
inside the filler tube area, coming up with a suitable hinge has been an
issue. I've left the fuel door that was cut of the aircraft as a thick
piece, about 1/2 inch or greater in thickness, maybe this is part of the
issue. I've attached a photo from the inside and outside of the Baggage
door cutout to show the size of the cutout.
Any suggestions for what others have done here is greatly appreciated.
