Pete,
We've been running p-mags on our 320 for about 1,400 hrs now. They improve efficiency, make for easy, quick starts (a blade or two), are lighter and smaller than traditional mags and have fewer moving parts. Being self powered, the "p" version can be installed in place of both mags without backup electric or extra batteries. It uses ships power for start and up to around 12-1400 rpm. Above that, it's internal alternator is the primary power with ships power being backup. We like ours and are in the queue for the 6 cylinder version for our IV.

Anyone running E-Mag/P-Mags on their LNC2? What are the pitfalls? I've tried using the Lightspeed electronic ignition with very poor results - wouldn't work for more than a few minutes at a time, even after having Klaus take a look at it.
