I had a Lichtspeed electronic ignition on my old velocity, and really did not like this neither. The wiring looks very 'micky mouse' and I had issues with arching at higher altitudes.

I am awaiting the E-mag/P-mag for the TSIO550 (my neighbor is using them on his RV6 and is very pleased with them).
