The original (I assume that is what you have?) was:
-bulk head plate with 3/8” threaded hole
-Finger strainer which reduced hole to ¼
-AN-6 / ¼” nipple to bring it to a 3/8” size
But still far short of what you need: ½”
Try this: Remove the AN nipple and strainer. Not too difficult even if the wings are on. ‘De-solder’ the finger strainer screen from the fitting. Any decent machine shop can do this or anyone who knows their
way around welding/soldering equipment. Re-solder (I think they used silver solder) the screen to an AN-8 steel fitting. Eliminates all the reductions.
I have thousands of pictures taken during the construction of my plane, but I never seem to have the one I need. Sorry.
Not too ‘motivation killing’.

Subject: [LML] Wing root fuel fittings
My airplane (under construction) is a non-pressurized IV. My engine is a TSIO 550C. I have installed 1/2" fuel supply lines and 3/8" returns in the fuselage. However, when I built the wing I used the fittings that Lancair
supplied in the kit for the wing root which (I believe) were 3/8" for the supply and 1/4" for the return (even though I vented the tanks using 3/8" vent lines.) The wing is finished and pressure tested. Now what do I do? (hoping for a non 'motivation killing'
fix.) Thanks
