One other related item.
Check your MAP sensor before you make any big bets on it.
When I was getting ready to fly   there was another plane coming out of the shop with a brand new mvp 50.   It seemed to be really fast but they were never able to achieve the full 38".

Turned out the pressure transducer on the MAP was faulty.   Finally diagnosed by running a steam gauge style MAP instrument in parallel.

available. I would change out the sensors if you install a new system. Eight
years is a good service life for these things, and you'll significantly reduce
your installation and calibration time if you use the sensors recommended with
the display unit you purchase.

 Does anybody knows about the compatibility of the VM Fuel probes? I have two
of them
 installed in the wings. A calibration was done back in 2002 to respect of the
Fueltank geometry...
 
 Which system to for?
 What are y<our experiences with JPI, Dynon and others?
 
 Any hints and thoughts are welcome, thank you.
