Well, you were close, they are fibercraft.inc, located in Redmond. The owner is Matthew Collier (google him)
I have the wing cuffs on my plane, and I can attest that slow flight is a non event. It actually reminded me flying my old cirrus (they use the same cuffs). Same good slow flight responses.
I can totally recommend them as they are a real great shop, clean, organized, perfect customer service and after service.
I bought my plane which they build and it looks even better than a certified plane. As you can see I am totally happy with their work and their service. (and believe me I have visit many shops, and there are 2 now that are standing out and those are Fibercraft and RDD both in Redmond).
I will be in the LOBO fly-in in October and if you want to see the cuffs and feel the difference than hop in my plane and we fly it :)
Some facts: The plane had full stall series done, the largest wing drop was 30 degrees on a clean stall (actually on a turbine they only had a 10 degrees wing drop), those test were done by Len Fox (famous test pilot). There are almost NO AIRSPEED penalties using the wing cuffs, as a matter of fact, the winglets lost more speed than the cuffs.

I thought that their name was Fibertech or something similar but now I cannot find them on the internet and I have lost their card. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Nick Paczkowski
