Hi Scott,
With reference to the outboard rear spar attach bolts, how would you suggest
inspecting and retorquing them? If I had it to do over again, I would use nut
plates instead of nuts on the inside. This way, they could be retorqued without
removing the wing. (BIG GRIN!!)
