Another anti flat spot tip.  After rotation and before retracting the gear,
or during retraction, touch the brakes to stop wheel rotation.  My IA says
this is the next biggest factor in developing flat spots, the very top of
thelist is landing with the brakes even barely "on".  Third on the list is
skidding the tires, obviously, it happened to me at Roche Harbor when some
idiot jumped out onto the runway just as I was touching down. Hope he sees
this, still pissed.
