Tire change-Tube pinch
My method & there may well be other methods.  
1) Dust the tube and inside of the tire with baby powder, smells good and
will slick them up for later.  
2) Put a tire bead on one-half of the rim.  
3) cut a + or - 2" wide strip of thin cardboard, (A ceral box side will do)
the length of the inside diameter of the tube, and slip it along the inside
of the tube, (it is what keeps the other half from pinching the tube and
stays in there). Don't make the strip too wide or it will crimpover when
you join the two rim halves.  
4) Somewhere along here you should inflate the tube VERY slightly to help
position the tube valve stem, some of the Chinese Mfgr Tubes make this stem
positioning difficult.  
5) Slip the other rim half past the cardboard to mate with the other half
and voila.  
6) Bolt the rims together, air the tire and tube withthe Schraeder Valve
OUT to take any tube wrinkles out (the reason for the baby powder)  
7) With the Schraeder Valve in, inflate the tire and install it.  With the
weight on the tire overnight, see if all this falderall worked and a little
spit on the Schraeder valve to check it.. It's not as complicated as it
seems here.
