Cover the end of the seat pan with release tape and install it (the 3-bid flange must already be in place). Build up a ramp of micro on the floor behind the seat pan. When cured pop the seat out. With the seat removed, I also added a ply of fiberglass over the micro to prevent chipping. Now the rear edge of the seat pan must be lifted slightly before it can be pulled out of the 3-bid flange.
