Hello all.. My 360 is darn close to being finished. Firewall forward is basically done, and at this point I have to balance the control surfaces and finish the awful job I have been dreading - the cowl. I really need to pull a mold and start over, I just can't stand the thought of spending the money. Do all the 360's have such a lousy fit at the upper cowl section where it meets the header tank??? The joggle at the middle of the header is only about 1/32", but the cowl is closer to 1/8" thick! SO are most people adding 3/32" of filler behind the cowl there? Or removing some of the cowl material on the inside where it meets the joggle??
