My old Pratt & Whitney vest pocket book tells me one psi equals 2.768 X 10
inches of water. That is 27.68 inches of water in a plastic tube
manomometer. Will someone verify it is safe to blow the IV-P wing up to 27
inches of water? It would seem I tested my wings to one tenth of a psi as I
used only 2.768 inches of water during my test. Looks like a re-test...
Thanks,
Walter Dodson, IV-P
