I just ordered around Christmas and it came, albeit with a few weeks delay.
Jim answered several emails.   I would try email and ask for an eta.
There wasn't indication at the time that there was "trouble".  I just took it as business as usual.

Jim's antenna package and instruction book are a really good deal.   I don't know where else you would find that.

I called 2 weeks ago and they said they were behind schedule and I would receive my order the following week.
 
It’s now been over a month since the order was placed and still nothing.
 
Tried to call today and now they are not even answering the phone.
 
Fortunately, it was not much money, but I would advise NOT to order from RST Engineering.
