Don Barnes is “The Man”! 

Aside from his inspired designs, Don is uniquely qualified to execute a paintable scheme.  As a Lancair guy, he plans around the NACA ducts, canopy handles and fuselage shape to get it right the first time.  And Don is a fun guy to work with too.

Steve Green has painted many Lancairs and many of Don’s designs.  Steve is meticulous through the whole process.  He has a state of the art paint booth for optimum lighting and clean application.   He has painted more award winning planes that anyone else I have heard of.

The paint job determines, more than anything else, what people think of your airplane.  I consider it an investment in resale value and the feeling of pride we all have in something we have invested years and significant $$ in.
