Bill,

Freaky!  While the smaller scratch like markings look normal from first contact with the runway, the other "split" is weird.

Which Desser tire as they seemed to have changed manufacturer?

The old Desser tire was marked:
Light Sport Experimental Aircraft Use
Max Speed 62 MPH

The new tire:
Max Speed 100 MPH
Made in Vietnam

Both had the same information:
Load Range D
Load Rating 500 Lbs @ 70 psi
Tubeless

I am concerned because I have not tested the newer ones marked "100 MPH" yet and I have two of those on the shelf.

I am sure he would get a response from Desser if he sent them that pic.  Maybe a replacement tire.  Please keep us informed.

My neighbor has been using the Seng Chin (lamb) tires on his 360. He just put on a new Aero Classic tire marketed by Dresser. As you can see it has almost no wear on it but has developed what appears to be a large crack in the rubber tread. Have any of you had a similar problem with these?
