Why wouldn't you just send the photo to Dresser  and have them either replace the tire or explain the reason

My neighbor has been using the Seng Chin (lamb) tires on his 360. He just put on a new Aero Classic tire marketed by Dresser. As you can see it has almost no wear on it but has developed what appears to be a large crack in the rubber tread. Have any of you had a similar problem with these?
