Gents. I have always loved and used Rosen sun visors. It is a little cramped in the IVP however, and women sliding into the right seat would snag their hair around the red adjustment knob.
I found that by taking the red knobs off and swapping the visors (put the left one on the right and the right one on the left) you can screw the red knob in from the top (rather than the bottom). There is plenty of room for your fingers, and or you can bend the visor down (it's hinged) and do the adjustment and push it back up.
The net is that by reversing the visors, you effectively lose the red knob and don't risk snagging your hair, or having it tear into your scalp if something bad happens.
Cheers,
John

The inertia reel on my shoulder harness kept my head from hitting the windshield but it didnt prevent my head from hitting the little red adjustment screw that protrudes from the bottom of the visor. Cost me 6 stitches. (no more little red screw!!!)
