I have always loved and used Rosen sun visors. It is a little = cramped in the IVP however, and women sliding into the right seat would = snag their hair around the red adjustment knob. I found that by taking the red knobs off and swapping the visors (put = the left one on the right and the right one on the left) you can screw = the red knob in from the top (rather than the bottom). There is plenty = of room for your fingers, and or you can bend the visor down (it's = hinged) and do the adjustment and push it back up. The net is that by reversing the visors, you effectively lose the red = knob and don't risk snagging your hair, or having it tear into your = scalp if something bad happens.
