Call me too cautious; but I like to replace questionable things that, if failed, could

result in deep regret.  When a gear hose lets go at cruise speed some of the doors are probably coming off.  That would be a hassle to fix even if one did not hit the tail and make it your most interesting flight ever.

Send John at Skyranch http://www.sacskyranch.com/h_life.htm your old hoses and he will make perfect replacements.  I have done business with him for years.  If his policy has not changed, he will adjust the length of any hose he makes at no charge if it does not fit to your satisfaction.
