The significant difference is that it's shear strength properties and presumably peel strength are retained to about 75 degrees centigrade temperature and they drop off to 50 per cent at 100 degrees C. Starting shear strength is 4800 psi, 200 psi less than Hysol 9360. The Hysol 9360 gradually loses strength from 5000 psi of shear down to 2000 psi through 107 degrees C and then drops at a rapid rate after that when temperature is raised another 15 degrees C. Therefore heat exposure should be must be considered more carefully in application of the material we are offering. We are looking at possibility of offering the Hysol 9360 material in cartridge form as well and will advise.
