I can't do it but I did stay in a Holiday Inn Express once.

Essentially, reflective tape is stuck to the back side of the props about 9 or 10 inches from the prop root.  A timing light looking device "watches" the props turn and vibrate and the computer determines where balancing weight needs to be placed.

In my case, we bolted some washers to the inside of the spinner plate as recommended by the computer.  Vibration went away and I'm living happily ever after.
