I think you'll find that 20% as the aft limit is a typo. If that were true the average chord would be over 100 inches. 15-29% makes more sense. I'm not sure where I go my earlier number (30%) as the aft limit. Maybe I measured my wing and "winged" it.

What's truly amazing, however, is that there are two different limits in the same handbook!
