The plates are not available for download.   I have them here in Calgary and could scan them for you.   Otherwise, you're looking at Jepp order or some other expensive option.   In the future, they are about $20 for a book here in Canada.  You can have them sent in advance or someone here <g> might do it with sufficient notice.
