Congratulation to the Wolstenholmes and especially Bob - I have had the pleasure of talking with him a number of times over the years. He and his IV actually won a race even though he had to stop and fix a landing gear problem.......... It is good to hear that Lancair will continue to move forward under such capable hands. It is interesting to read that the IV/IVP and ES series have apparently come to the end of kit production, much like the 200 and 300 series aircraft. "We are focused on the future," said Wolstenholme, "We have a world-class product in our 320 knot, $1.2 million Evolution owner-built aircraft. With five Evolutions flying, and 24 customer orders, we're off to a great start and we are going to push though this down-economy and get our incredible airplane to market."
