I made a mistake.   The kit from Lancair includes 8 screws exactly for this problem on the mains.  For some reason I thought the fix was for the nose.  My mistake on about 4 posts and being about 4 months behind.  Uggh.  Thanks Kyrilian for not letting me go and start countersinking the nose fork...
