ā I want to know how many
have slowed their 320/360 to Va (143 KIAS) in turbulence? Come on, raise
your hands if you do that.... OK, I only see 2 or 3 hands.ā
Based near Denver,
rotor turbulence is likely whenever winds aloft are up. I routinely maintain my
360 at 140 mph indicated with a small flap deflection wherever rotor is a
possibility. I have been kicked around a number of times and was glad not to be
going faster.
I just imagine Iām flying a 172 flat out.
