Colyn,
I like that everyone has their opinion, it's all about our experience and knowledge being shared on the LML.
But I'm not the one calling people suicidal, or wish them death, blaming them for insurance rates, forwarding emails to the FAA, etc. I didn't start this thread. When did that kind of treatment become acceptable here? I didn't see anyone mention that.
When opinions are passed off as facts, that's wrong. When people insult and threaten others here, that's wrong.
I'm not in opposition to anyone chiming in on the posts with thoughts and opinions, but opinions are not facts.
You did not read that I said it was a "great idea" to exceed Vne. I said that I have and feel safe doing it. And others do on a regular basis. They must also feel safe or they wouldn't do it.
Who ever doesn't want to exceed Vne... Don't.... No one here told you to.

I don't think it follows that if none of the few hundred flying samples provably had Vne failures that therefore it's a great idea.
I don't even think that if a few hundred samples were flown to Vne and didn't fail that therefore it's a great idea to exceed.
You want to be entitled to your opinion but you seem to want even more badly not to allow others to have theirs.
