It is a 24v engine with 100amp alter= nator. This engine is capable of producing more than 400HP, but my plan= was to run it at lower HP and have it last much longer since the operatin= g temps would be lower. The extensive expensive work that was completed is: Replace pistons with new 8.5:1 compression.(more efficient) Ceramic coat and add teflon skirts to pistons.(lower temps) Machine (Taper) cylinders (for better cooling) All cylinders Cryogenic treatment (better cooling and longer lasting) Port polish/blueprint heads with new valves (cooler, more power, more effi= cient) Overhaul starter drive and install parts to prevent standard TCM drive pro= blems (very expensive) Extended test cell run to seat rings.
