I don't think it follows that if none of
the few hundred flying samples provably had Vne failures
that therefore it's a great idea.
I don't even think that if a few hundred samples
were flown to Vne and didn't fail that therefore it's a great idea to
exceed.
You want to be entitled to your opinion but you
seem to want even more badly not to allow others to have theirs.
