It defines calibrated airspeed as: Calibrated Airspeed is the indicated speed of an airplane, corrected for = =93position error=94 and instrument error. =20 So at least in reference to the factory recommended Vne for the Legacy = RG, it's based on indicated airspeed, not true airspeed. I'm not = asserting that's the "right" way or not, just that's what's in the = factory manual. So at least in = reference to the=20 factory recommended Vne for the Legacy RG, it's based on indicated = airspeed, not=20 true airspeed.  I'm not asserting that's the "right" way or not, = just=20 that's what's in the factory manual.
