Does anyone have experience with this gyro for backup purposes?  I am thinking of the 2 inch version.

 

I bought a new RC Allen vacuum attitude indicator.  14 months and about 100 hours later it failed.  A screw was rolling around on the face of the instrument.  RCA said, sorry out of warranty, oh yeah, no break on the repair either.   I bought TruTrack’s ADI for the Legacy.
