I would also advise checking that your flaps are equally extended (if you are selecting flaps 10 for take off). Perhaps try a flapless take off and see if the "go left" tendency is as strong without flaps. I alo had similar trouble and found my bird to be a hand full especially in a crosswind take off. Assymetric flap extension was the major culprit.
