Additionally, I placed stainless 1/4" pins in the rear corners of the canopy that align with stainless tubes potted in the longerons. These pins prevent outward flexing of the canopy in that area when the canopy latching mechanism draws down the canopy tightly for closing. The canopy latching mechanism is from Lancair.
