McMaster-Carr has some Scotch Vinyl Electrical Tape #35 that works well Art=20 =20 You can the 3M electricians tape in a variety of colors including white which is what I use. It stretches nicely and stays put reasonably well = as long as you do not stretch it too far or stretch it near the ends. In = that case it creeps. But it is cheap enough and fast enough to replace = annually with no sweat. I found that in the rain, it will push into the groove = at the leading edge.
