He describes what he did. I found that bending the bracket helped some. Sanding the delrin inserts helped some and lubricating helped some. In the end, there still was a fair amount of friction, but the Lancair guys assure me that the flap motor has so much torque that it isn't an issue. You might check with Justin at Lancair though and see what he has to say.
