What Michael said.  How why is it I go to the car dealer and spend $30 on an oil change, and they're calling me the next day asking if I had a good service experience, but I give these jokers $50,000+ for a motor and I get treated like a leper?

I'm getting the same treatment from my panel builder.  After almost two years into a 16 week job, I'm finally getting the final pieces for my panel.  PM me if you're curious who it is.

Why should we cut them some slack, it is too hard to do things right?  That's the problem that this whole country is going thru, we cut too many companies slack and they continue to sell crap and the service is shit!  I talked to Perf. Eng. on the phone and they were very rude and arrogant and then they never called or e-mailed. When you pay that much you should at least get a thank you, not a go to Hell.  It doesn't take too much to be polite and to do the job right the first time. Our government is bailing out companies that have done just that and we are paying for it. If they are in business, then act like a responsible business owner and that goes for all the people working there!
