That's the problem that this whole country is going thru, we cut too many companies slack and they continue to sell crap and the service is shit! I talked to Perf. Eng. on the phone and they were very rude and arrogant and then they never called or e-mailed. When you pay that much you should at least get a thank you, not a go to Hell. It doesn't take too much to be polite and to do the job right the first time. Our government is bailing out companies that have done just that and we are paying for it.
