Temperature makes a big difference on how the epoxy flows. I've had two problems with my
Sticky Stuff Dispenser in the last few years, one was the pivot nut loosened and allowed the pivot point of the arm to move a little bit which
threw off the ratio. I replaced the nut with a Nyloc nut. I also replaced the valve on the hardener side with a stainless
steel one from A/S that keeps the hardener from discoloring. My pump is only stiff when the epoxy is cold. Mike
