I've found they tended to stick a bit, but that was using Safetypoxy. If fluids have a hard time flowing from the tanks the plungers will take longer to refill. Push straight down on the valve stem. I used to stir each tank as well to make sure any heavy components were evenly distributed. I also periodically checked the pump ratio. -Bill Wade ---- Will Holden wrote: > I have a Michael Engineering Sticky Stuff Dispenser. I bought it used in pretty good shape. I cleaned it up and all, but I am having trouble with it. When I pull the plunger down, it goes, but it does not go up easily. Do I need to unscrew the pump parts where the cylinders are and soak those in acetone or denatured alcohol? I bought new reservoirs, but what is included in the rebuild kits Aircraft Spruce sells? Has anyone ever send one back to Michael to get it reman-ed or should I just buy a new one? Thanks! > > Will
