Spray some Black Hi Temp Exhaust paint from a rattle can on the glareshield. It's available at any auto parts house. You might test it on a scrap of fiberglass with a magnifying glass to see if it will work. If it does, you could map the area on the glare shield that gets exposed and cover the remaining area aft of that with the prettier Black Suede that you still have. Let me know if it works, it is just a matter of time before I am in the same boat. Here’s an idea.  Spray some Black Hi Temp = Exhaust paint from a rattle can on the glareshield.  It’s available at any = auto parts house.  You might test it on a scrap of fiberglass with a = magnifying glass to see if it will work.  If it does, you could map the area = on the glare shield that gets exposed and cover the remaining area aft of that = with the prettier Black Suede that you still have.   Let me know if = it works, it is just a matter of time before I am in the same = boat.
