Hey Tom;
Note my earlier comments. and Scott is right about the heat.  We are looking at around 1600-1800 deg. at the turbo, more or less.  We are hanging the turbo low, with only a 12" x 4" exhaust, venting directly out the side, and keeping the stock openings in the cowl for exhaust heat.  The redrive, as I said earlier is a RWS, 2.85:1 reduction drive rated at 450 hp at take off, and about 65-75% at cruise. That nasty looking radiator at the front is the intercooler for the turbo.  Everything else for water and oil cooling is in a belly scoop.  As soon as we get her flipped back on her stomach, we will send some pictures.

I don't know how long Greg is going to leave us in the dark.  I forwarded the pictures to a friend of mine that is running a Mazda Rotary in his RV and he recognized it right away (note his comments below).  Thought Greg might find my friend Scott a useful resource, as he has been running his rotary for a couple years.

Tom
  This is a  20B Rotary it has three rotaries, mine has two rotaries. I see it has a turbo changer on it, depending on how it is set up your looking at over 300 hp. I believe this engine could put out 600-700 hp at 10000 rpm.
 Your looking at lots of heat. This guy will need good vents in the right places to vent out the heat around his exhaust system. What kind of gear box is on it? It looks like it might be a little small for that horse power? I wonder what is that in front, water or oil cooler?  He is going to need more stuff on his set up. It sure is looking real good so far!
