If you don’t have a Oil Cooler Door that would probably
help more than anything to get the oil temp up quickly and hold it above 175
degrees to vaporize crankcase moisture. If you are returning the drain on
the Air/Oil Separator to the crankcase that could be contributing to the problem.
I like draining the Separator to a catch tank. That avoids returning the water
with acids to the engine. An additional advantage is it allows you to
monitor how much blow by oil and water is occurring between oil changes.
