I had a scratched lens in a similar Narco unit. On disassembly, I found
that the lens was simply a flat piece of 0.062" (or about 1.5mm)
acrylic sheet. I fabricated a new one, and hot-glued it into place.
I used kapton (polyimide) tape to provide a color filter.

Looks good as new.

If you need a scrap of acrylic or polycarbonate sheet, I have plenty.
Just let me know what size and thickness.
