Perhaps we might mentor new Lancair pilots= =2C point them in the right direction=2C offer sage advice=2C etc. How do y= ou prevent the accident after the pilot receives the training? Mentoring is= one method. How do you encourage a new Lancair owner to get training in th= e first place? Mentoring might work. We all will work together on this--the= factory=2C HPAT and LOBO.
